To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have mentioned our return, exchange and refund policy as follows:-

• If you find any damaged/ incorrect/incomplete product please write to us at ethnochhic.com@gmail.com or whatsapp us on 9328567179 along with your Order ID and images of the product/s within 3 days of receiving your order. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost provided we have stock. In case stock is not available, we shall issue a 100% refund of the amount.

• Please note that we will process the refund in 2-3 working days and the amount will be credited to your bank account in 5-7 working days.

• Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us.

• We don’t accept returns/exchanges on the basis of design, colors and prints.  Slight irregularities, misprints, small dye stains and colorvariations from website images are not considered to be defects. In fact, slight imperfection are what makes handcrafted products truly unique.

• We do not offer reverse pick facility currently. The customer must dispatch (self-ship) the product back to www.ethnochhic.com at our postal address.

• After the receipt of item(s), your request for refund/exchanges would be processed.

• In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 2-3 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

• All returns are subject to the discretion of www.ethnochhic.com.

• Certain items, such as customized or sale products, may be non-returnable.

We ship our orders through INDIA POST which has been reliably delivering our products till date.

We ship orders everyday except Sundays & Public holidays. Once you order, it takes around 5-7 business days after shipping to deliver your order at your doorstep.

For international orders, it may take upto 15-25 days to deliver the product after shipping.
